Begin by enquiring to connect@sanamama.com to set up a complimentary 30 minute virtual appointment with someone on the Sanamama team who will guide you through our commission process. During this call we learn about you and we will ask some important questions regarding what significance or meaning this piece has to you personally so we can intuitively connect to what stones work best for your given situation and inspiration. We connect more deeply on to the why you are desiring to create this and In the event that you have stones in mind already we will start to decipher the why you are being attracted to the stones.

All our pieces are one-of-a-kind and designed with intention. Intention within the chosen stones, energy, and magick of the piece. We will propose a guesstimate of what the budget could be given the type of piece you are desiring to create. The final cost is not determined until the end of production. The price of gold fluctuates daily and the final cost of the piece is unable to be determined until the end. That being said, we intend to keep it within the proposed range.

Once you approve this, we ask for 50% deposit of the highest end of the proposed price. Upon receipt of the deposit and your signature of proposal we can move forward with the creation of your piece. We will ask you more detailed questions that will assist us with the design of your piece and the sourcing of your stones.  

We begin designing your own one-of-a-kind treasure showing you examples with stones, sometimes a sketch and later a computer rendering. We can make changes up to 3 times on computer rendering and if any additional renderings are desired it will be $333/rendering. Once we receive your final approval for your design, our team will begin handcrafting your piece. Production can take from 4-7 weeks. You will receive a personal card with your piece explaining the energy of the stones and the power and magick this piece carries.

The rest of the payment is due upon the piece being complete. After payment is received, if you are local in Miami you can meet at our office for pick up.  For those who are not local, we will overnight ship your piece insured with Fedex. An adult signature is required. Any commissioned pieces of $5,000 or more will receive complimentary overnight shipping.
